** MODIFYING APPOINTMENTS **
All changes or modifications to appointments must be made at least 4 hours before your scheduled appointment. Click on your appointment and select "Edit Appointment" in the BLUE box at the bottom of the appointment window to modify or change the day/time or add additional information about your course or academic needs. You must call the TRC Office at (203) 837-9245 to make any day-of changes to your appointment.
** CANCELLING APPOINTMENTS **
You MUST cancel at least 4 hours before your appointment and CALL the TRC Office of (203) 837-9245. Otherwise, you will be marked as a No-Show. To cancel an appointment, click on your appointment and select "Cancel Appointment" in the RED box at the bottom of the appointment window.
** NO SHOW POLICY **
Students who receive three No-Shows or repeated cancelations will have their accounts disabled and will be unable to make additional tutoring appointments until speaking with the TRC Coordinator. If this has happend to you, please contact the TRC Coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule an appointment to discuss your account.
** WAITING LISTS **
Students may add themselves to the waiting list for a particularly tutor or appointment time. If a cancellation occurs, all students on the waiting list will be notified of the opening. Students must log-on to MyWCOnline to schedule an appointment at this time. All waiting list appointments are first-come-first-serve. If the appointment is showing as full it means that another student has already requested the appointment.
* Schedule rotation starts on Sunday. The schedule will show the current day of the week at the top of the schedule
* The TRC is closed on Saturdays
* All appointments must be made the day prior to the desired appointment time. This is to allow adequate notice to tutors so that they can be prepared for their sessions
